You have no need to do this trade, nor would it be in your best interests to accept. You're downgrading your starting pitching here to upgrade at second base, a position where you don't need help at as you already have Prado. I do understand you may be trying to upgrade your utility spot, but Pagan is a decent option at utility plus you really can't afford to dump any of your pitching right now. Wainwright is your only ace and beyond him and Latos, you have nobody. Latos should have another strong season, especially so now that he won't be having any innings restrictions. Upgrading at utility really isn't worth it when you're already pretty weak at starting pitcher. I'd pass.
