Because of Atheist's emotional attachments if science proved God they would give up science?

It is my argument that Atheist's simply hate God because He requires something they are unwilling to give up because they are emotionally attached. Atheist also like using certain words like, Logic, reason and objectivity to cover up their subjective based definitions to those words.
