Why cant i see any results? exercise and have an average diet just no weight being lost ? :(?

1800 calories might not create enough of a caloric deficit to lose the weight but that's hard to say without knowing your BMR and other factors. If you can, go on youtube and type in "Sure-Fire Ideology to lose weight". In that video, it explains everything in detail with specific examples. Let me know if that is of help. Best of luck.
