How do I find when I last donated blood?

I am a regular blood donor and I can't remember if I gave blood at the end of March or April. The nurse didn't write it on my card the last time. I was wondering if there was a way to find out when I last donated. Also I live in Northwest Oregon so any help navigating the local chapter website would help.
