Help Ladies. Does my girlfriend like me or no?

Hello. I have been dating this girl for 3 months now and I am constantly telling her how I feel. I tell her that I like her and I am always saying honey, baby and sweetie. She has yet to say any of those things to me. Is it just me or maybe she doesn't feel the same way I do. I also tell her these things through texts and emails but when she responds it doesn't mention any of the words that I express. I do have to mention as well that she went through a bad marriage where she was verbally and emotionally abused as well as physically abused. Would this have something to do with this. She also told me that she does like me but she also said she is looking for red flags with me and is just being cautious. I want to know what should I do. Please help me because I really really like this girl. To the point I am falling in love with her. Thank you
