Spurs fans: Are you concerned about the Manu Ginobili situation?

So Manu Ginobili has been refusing to practice or join in during film sessions, so he was benched against Washington tonight and given a warning that if he doesn't change, he'll be suspended. It doesn't look like he's wants to change, and I have no doubt Gregg Popovich will follow through on the threat. Do you think this will be a distraction going forward? I think this team has a chance to go all the way, so I am pretty nervous about this right now.
