Why don't boys need fathers?

Men don't need fathers. Men and women are equal. Women can play sports and talk to their sons the same as fathers can. Men today seem to be under the illusion that they need to be "macho" when "macho-ness" is really useless. As long as a child is provided for and loved, it shouldn't matter who raises them. Children will do fine without fathers.
